Payment Methods

Payment can be made online via paypal or by phoning our sales team on 01502 573813 who will be happy to take payment via your credit or debit card over the phone.

NB Phone orders are usually pocessed and dispatched the same working day when recieved before 1:30pm.


Upon receipt of your order and cleared payment your item will usually be dispatched within one working day, if for any reason this is delayed at all we will notify you immediately.

Where items are not being dispatched via standard Royal Mail services our couriers require a valid delivery phone number before goods can be dispatched. Please either call us on 01502 573813 with this or include the phone number in the 'eBay checkout message'.

All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Where applicable all items are thoroughly tested before shipping to ensure each and every product meets our exacting standards.

All products we sell are brand new (unless otherwise stated) and as such come with a full manufacturers warranty lasting from between 1 - 5 years.

Where we have provided an extended main dealer warranty, this extends any existing warranty in place on the product to the amount of time stated on the items listing. The extended main dealer warranty is provided and covered by us and is subject to the unit being properly maintained and regularly serviced by an authorised Singer service centre (such as ourselves).

Damages & Delays

We recommend that our customers check all deliveries upon arrival, if the outer box looks at all damaged please sign for it as 'box damaged'.

Please inspect your product after delivery and report any damages to us within 24 hours by calling 01502 573813.

We can not be held responsible for items which have been damaged, lost or delayed in transit. Whilst we will be happy to assist you in this event, any calims will need to be made directly with the courier.


We must be notified of a defective product within 3 days of the item being received, the item must then be sent back to us within 7 days of the item being received.

All returns must have all original packaging and accessories.

If the item is found not to be defective, shipping fees (excluding handling fees) will be charged for reshipment of the item.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Other Channel Sales

We offer all of our products for sale via our main shop and other channels, as such we can sometimes quickly sell out of an item. If this is the case we will be happy to offer your choice of alternative product, the same product or a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any listing at any time for any reason and without notice.


You have the right to cancel the purchasing contract. To cancel the contract you must;

  • Inform us of your intent to return the product within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return all goods in the condition which they were supplied, 'As New' complete with all packing, original boxes and accessories.
  • Return any and all promotional items which were offered with the product in their entirety, with all packing, original boxes and accessories as new.
Failure to comply will result in you being charged for any items which we do not receive or receive damaged.


In the event of cancellation, delivery costs and any shortages will be deducted from you refund.
